Kiel, Januar 2026 \u2013 NEXRAIL und Vossloh Rolling Stock haben einen Vertrag \u00fcber 20 weitere DE18-Lokomotiven der Stufe V mit SmartHybrid-Antrieb unterzeichnet. Die Auslieferung ist f\u00fcr 2027 vorgesehen. Die Lokomotiven werden mit einer erweiterten Zulassung ausgeliefert, die neben den bestehenden l\u00e4nder\u00fcbergreifenden Zulassungen f\u00fcr Frankreich, Belgien und Luxemburg auch ETCS Level 2 (BL3.6) und das deutsche PZB umfasst. Mit diesem Auftrag wird die DE18-Smart-Hybrid-Flotte von NEXRAIL auf 50 Lokomotiven anwachsen. Diese Flottenerweiterung ist ein wichtiger Schritt, um Schieneng\u00fcterverkehrsunternehmen in ganz Europa moderne, effiziente und emissionsarme Traktionsl\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr den Verkehr auf nicht elektrifizierten Strecken zur Verf\u00fcgung zu stellen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Lokomotive Vossloh DE18 Smart Hybrid ist eine universell einsetzbare, 4-achsige Lokomotive mit mittig angeordneter Fahrerkabine, die \u00fcber einen leistungsstarken (1.800 kW) und kraftstoffsparenden Dieselmotor mit geringem \u00f6kologischen Fu\u00dfabdruck (Abgasnorm Stufe V) sowie eine zus\u00e4tzliche Antriebsbatterie verf\u00fcgt. Sie l\u00e4sst sich flexibel sowohl f\u00fcr Rangier- als auch f\u00fcr den Regional- und Fernverkehr einsetzen und ist zudem f\u00fcr Gleisbau- und Rettungseins\u00e4tze ausgelegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Antriebsbatterie wurde auf 106 kWh aufger\u00fcstet und erm\u00f6glicht einen emissionsfreien Betrieb bei niedriger Geschwindigkeit von mehr als einer Stunde. Sie dient zudem als erweitertes Start-Stopp-System, das je nach Einsatzfall zu Kraftstoffeinsparungen von 15\u201340% f\u00fchren kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nachr\u00fcstungszulassung: bereit f\u00fcr ETCS Level 2 in Belgien<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Der DE18 Smart Hybrid 2027 wird mit einer aktualisierten ETCS-Version 2, Baseline 3.6, ausgestattet sein. Diese Aktualisierung ist f\u00fcr belgische Betreiber von Bedeutung, da das belgische Schienennetz bis Ende 2027 vollst\u00e4ndig auf den ETCS-Betrieb umgestellt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neu in Deutschland<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mit der Nachr\u00fcstzulassung wird Deutschland in das bestehende l\u00e4nder\u00fcbergreifende Zulassungspaket aus Belgien, Frankreich und Luxemburg aufgenommen. Um eine optimale Sicht zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, wird NEXRAIL die linke Fahrerkabine mit einem speziellen Kamerasystem ausstatten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alle Lokomotiven von NEXRAIL werden im Laufe des Jahres 2027 auf die erweiterte Zulassungsversion umger\u00fcstet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NEXRAIL ist ein f\u00fchrendes europ\u00e4isches Leasingunternehmen f\u00fcr Lokomotiven, das sich der F\u00f6rderung des \u00dcbergangs des Schieneng\u00fcterverkehrs zu emissionsfreier Traktion verschrieben hat.
