Der von InfraVia unterst\u00fctzte Schienenfahrzeugvermieter NEXRAIL und Vossloh Locomotives haben eine Exklusivvereinbarung \u00fcber den Erwerb eines Leasingpools von 53 modernen Rangierlokomotiven aus dem Leasingbestand sowie \u00fcber einen Auftrag \u00fcber bis zu 50 DE 18 Stage V SmartHybrid-Lokomotiven f\u00fcr den gesamten Benelux-Raum geschlossen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vossloh Locomotives, NEXRAIL und InfraVia Capital Partners (InfraVia) freuen sich bekannt zu geben, dass sie eine Exklusivvereinbarung geschlossen haben, um den bestehenden Leasingpool von Rangierlokomotiven, die im Rahmen von Operating-Leasing-Vertr\u00e4gen an europ\u00e4ische Bahnbetreiber und Industriekonzerne in Deutschland, Frankreich, Italien, Belgien und Luxemburg auszugliedern und bis zu 50 neue Lokomotiven des Typs DE 18 Stage V SmartHybrid f\u00fcr den Benelux-Markt zu bauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Fuhrpark umfasst 53 moderne und kraftstoff- sowie emissionssparende Rangierlokomotiven von Vossloh mit einem Durchschnittsalter von weniger als 5 Jahren. Die wichtigsten Typen sind DE 18, DE 12, G 6 und G 1000. Die Lokomotiven werden zusammen mit dem zugrunde liegenden Leasingvertrag an NEXRAIL, einen neu gegr\u00fcndeten Leasinggeber f\u00fcr Schienenfahrzeuge, \u00fcbertragen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurden bis zu 50 DE 18-Lokomotiven der Stufe V in SmartHybrid-Ausf\u00fchrung bestellt. Die neuen, universellen, vierachsigen Lokomotiven mit mittig angeordneter Fahrerkabine verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber einen leistungsstarken (1.800 kW) und kraftstoffsparendem Dieselmotor mit reduziertem \u00f6kologischen Fu\u00dfabdruck (Abgasnorm Stufe V) sowie einer zus\u00e4tzlichen Traktionsbatterie (144 kW), die einen bis zu einst\u00fcndigen emissionsfreien Betrieb in Kombination mit Kraftstoffeinsparungen von 20\u201350% erm\u00f6glicht. Ausgestattet mit ETCS, einschlie\u00dflich einer Aufr\u00fcstungsoption auf Level 2, werden die Lokomotiven einen einzigartigen Zulassungsbereich abdecken, der Belgien, Frankreich, Luxemburg, Deutschland und Teile der Niederlande umfasst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als europ\u00e4ischer Marktf\u00fchrer f\u00fcr Lokomotiven mit mittig angeordneter Fahrerkabine ist Vossloh Locomotives mit Sitz in Kiel seit 2020 eine Tochtergesellschaft von CRRC ZELC und geh\u00f6rt damit zum weltweit gr\u00f6\u00dften Hersteller von Schienenfahrzeugen, der China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation Ltd. (CRRC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NEXRAIL wird vom Infrastruktur-Private-Equity-Investor InfraVia unterst\u00fctzt und ist ein neues ROSCO-Unternehmen, das von einem starken Managementteam unter der Leitung von Neil Bennett, dem Gr\u00fcnder und ehemaligen COO von Beacon Rail, gegr\u00fcndet wurde.
