• Provide initial troubleshooting and support on incoming support requests, via chat or phone
• Inventory tickets posted by users and track resolution progress
• Diagnose problems or coordinate with experts
• Organize IT Governance Committees to decide on evolution requests
Assets and Accesses
• Prepare computers for end users (windows)
• Help set up Office 365 on mobile phone
• License management and user credentials on all software
Cybersecurity and Server
• Manage cybersecurity:
o Administrate security rules on tenant and terminals (Intunes)
o Track and analyze threats with our Cyber SOC provider
o Manage prevention and user communication on cybersecurity
• Manage server environment (Azure):
o Follow up with provider: consumption, system upgrade, etc.
Website management
• Implement changes in SharePoint sites
• Coordinate changes on public website
